This role sits at the center of high-growth fintech sales, focused on acquiring new SMB merchant clients for a leading payments and POS ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving outbound prospecting efforts, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into long-term customers through a full-cycle sales approach. The environment is fast-paced, target-driven, and highly performance-oriented, offering strong upside for top performers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including implementation, account management, and sales operations to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success. This position combines consultative selling, relationship-building, and hands-on deal execution. It is ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to grow within a scalable, tech-enabled financial services organization.
- Drive new business acquisition through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, networking, and targeted market activities to build a strong SMB pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, including qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Deliver tailored presentations of POS and SaaS solutions to demonstrate value and support customer adoption.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene while consistently tracking pipeline performance and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, sales operations, and implementation to ensure smooth deal closure and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across assigned accounts and territories.
- 0–1+ years of experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development, with exposure to consultative selling and full-cycle deal management.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and managing pipeline data effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle pricing discussions and close contracts confidently.
- Highly motivated, target-driven mindset with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment with strong organizational discipline.
- Base salary: $55,000 CAD
- On-target earnings (OTE): $110,000 CAD with uncapped commission potential
