This senior legal role is focused on high-level review and validation of labor litigation documents within a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment. You will act as a strategic quality gatekeeper, ensuring all legal submissions align with established defense strategies, risk exposure parameters, and client expectations. The position plays a critical role in safeguarding financial and reputational interests across complex labor portfolios. You will handle sensitive and high-impact cases, providing deep legal analysis and structured feedback to legal teams. The role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and client legal departments. It is ideal for a professional who thrives in analytical depth, precision, and structured legal oversight within large-scale litigation operations.
- Review and validate labor legal documents prepared by the legal team, ensuring technical accuracy, strategic alignment, and risk consistency.
- Act as a secondary control layer for labor litigation cases, performing final checks before filings in sensitive and high-relevance processes.
- Conduct sampling-based and full-depth reviews depending on case complexity, ensuring compliance with legal standards, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
- Provide detailed analysis of legal submissions including defenses, appeals, motions, and other procedural documents, ensuring coherence with litigation strategy.
- Identify legal, financial, reputational, and regulatory risks in cases and escalate or reclassify when necessary.
- Interact with client legal departments on strategic and sensitive matters, providing insights and technical guidance.
- Deliver structured legal feedback and request rewrites or adjustments when inconsistencies or risks are identified.
- Produce legal opinions when required and support continuous improvement of litigation strategies and team performance.
Requirements:
- Law degree with active bar association registration.
- Postgraduate specialization in Labor Law and Labor Procedure.
- Strong experience in corporate labor litigation and high-volume case management.
- Proven background in reviewing complex legal documents and litigation strategies.
- Deep knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation, including post-reform CLT and outsourcing laws.
- Solid understanding of labor jurisprudence, TST guidelines, and procedural requirements for appeals.
- Experience analyzing labor-related contracts and sector-specific legal issues such as outsourcing, franchising, and service contracts.
- Advanced ability to assess legal risk, financial exposure, and procedural consistency.
- Excellent legal writing skills and ability to provide structured, constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience interacting with corporate legal departments and mentoring legal professionals is highly valued.
