Talent Acquisition Engineer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Engineer in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of recruitment, data analytics, and technology, playing a key part in shaping high-performing teams within a fast-scaling, global organization. You will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment processes while applying a highly analytical and tech-enabled approach to talent acquisition. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, you will leverage data insights, talent intelligence, and AI tools to improve hiring decisions and optimize recruitment funnels. Accountabilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles up to mid-to-senior levels, ensuring strong alignment with business needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and People teams to define hiring strategies, align expectations, and structure effective recruitment kickoffs.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Use data analytics and recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and support strategic hiring decisions.
  • Enhance candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and consistent engagement.
  • Ensure accurate use of ATS systems and compliance with internal processes, SLAs, and data standards.
  • Support employer branding, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all recruitment activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced or global environments (mandatory).
  • Strong data literacy with advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to analyze recruitment funnels.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and demonstrated ability to integrate AI into daily recruitment activities (e.g., sourcing, job description creation, candidate evaluation).
  • Strong understanding of talent market insights and ability to support data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) to collaborate with global teams.
  • Analytical mindset combined with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial awareness to align candidate expectations with budget constraints.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments is highly valued.
