This is a strategic opportunity to shape pricing and monetization across a sophisticated portfolio of SaaS products.
You will help define commercial models for established offerings while exploring new approaches for AI, usage-based, and credit-based products.
Working across Product Management, Product Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Deal Desk, you will turn market and customer insights into actionable pricing strategies.
The role combines rigorous financial analysis with structured problem-solving and executive-level influence.
You will evaluate opportunities, develop business models, support launches, and continuously optimize pricing and packaging based on performance data.
Your recommendations will directly influence how products are positioned, packaged, monetized, and brought to market.

- Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Finance, Sales, Deal Desk, and fulfillment teams to develop commercial models, pricing strategies, and packaging approaches for new and existing offerings.
- Shape overall monetization strategy across a complex SaaS portfolio, including established subscription tiers as well as AI, usage-based, and credit-based products.
- Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, customer behavior, product usage, and other relevant data to develop evidence-based pricing recommendations.
- Build financial models and business cases to assess new pricing structures, monetization opportunities, product investments, and commercial scenarios.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies by developing hypotheses, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, validating findings, and translating insights into clear recommendations.
- Conduct recurring pricing and packaging reviews to identify performance gaps, optimization opportunities, and emerging market trends.
- Evaluate new business models and monetization mechanisms as the product portfolio evolves, particularly around AI and consumption-based offerings.
- Collaborate with product and fulfillment teams to prioritize launches and ensure new SKUs are appropriately mapped to products, capabilities, and feature sets.
- Monitor the performance of pricing and packaging changes after launch, using results and customer feedback to continuously refine the strategy.
- Communicate complex pricing concepts clearly to senior leaders and facilitate alignment among stakeholders with different priorities and perspectives.
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and delivering recommendations within demanding timelines.
- Significant experience leading SaaS pricing strategy, pricing analytics, monetization, or related commercial strategy across products or a complex portfolio.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities, with experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Sisense, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to transform complex datasets and business questions into clear, practical, and commercially relevant recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to frame ambiguous or highly complex problems, establish structured approaches, and guide executive decision-making when priorities conflict.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing and packaging principles, and emerging monetization approaches such as usage-based, credit-based, and AI-driven models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the credibility to engage and influence senior executives and cross-functional leadership.
- Proven ability to build alignment across Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Deal Desk, and other stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
- Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several strategic workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to challenge assumptions, test new approaches, and work effectively through ambiguity in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- A data-driven mindset combined with strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance analytical rigor with practical execution.
- Annual base salary range of $139,200–$235,200 USD for eligible United States locations.
- Compensation determined based on factors including experience, education, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, market data, and geographic location.
