This role is responsible for building trusted, long-term relationships with mission-driven clients and ensuring their technology and data service needs are successfully delivered.
You will serve as a key point of contact, understanding client goals and translating business requirements into actionable technical direction.
The position combines account management, project coordination, client communication, and solution development.
You will work across internal teams to ensure complex deliverables are organized, communicated, and delivered to a high standard.
The role also offers opportunities to identify additional client needs and recommend relevant services and solutions.
Success requires strong organization, analytical thinking, communication, and an ability to understand both fundraising operations and technology.
This is a fully remote U.S. opportunity within a collaborative environment focused on helping nonprofit organizations use technology more effectively.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, resilient relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, responsiveness, and partnership.
  • Meet regularly with customers to understand their service needs, campaign requirements, reporting expectations, and digital or technology deliverables.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination for customer-facing work, ensuring deliverables from multiple internal departments remain aligned, organized, and on schedule.
  • Interpret client requirements, including incomplete or evolving requests, and translate them into clear technical details and actionable information for delivery teams.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and drive communication around customer deliverables throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising, direct marketing campaigns, data requirements, and supporting technology.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services and solutions when they can address evolving client needs.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of emerging tools, techniques, and solutions that can support data and technology transformation for clients.
  • Provide reliable, professional, and high-quality customer service while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with data and performing analysis in Microsoft Excel.
  • General understanding of CRM platforms and digital marketing technologies.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising, fundraising campaigns, direct marketing, or related data and technology environments is highly valuable.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical processes, technical details, or delivery requirements.
  • Strong ability to learn new business processes, systems, tools, and technologies.
  • Ability to apply high-level business concepts and processes to unfamiliar tools and technical environments.
  • Strong client-service mindset and the ability to develop productive, trust-based relationships.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Availability to work regular Monday-Friday business hours within one of the four continental U.S. time zones.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company-funded annual activities or in-person team meetings.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this position.
Benefits:
  • Annual compensation expected to be approximately $40,000–$60,000, with final compensation determined based on market location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with relevant experience and expertise.
  • Comprehensive employee benefits package.
  • Fully remote work within the United States.
  • Flexibility to work from one of the four continental U.S. time zones during regular business hours.
  • Limited, company-funded travel for annual staff activities and in-person team meetings.
  • Opportunity to work with mission-driven organizations and contribute to meaningful technology and data transformation initiatives.
  • An inclusive and collaborative work environment committed to creating a workplace where employees and clients feel welcome and valued.
  • Equal employment opportunity regardless of legally protected characteristics.
