Business Development Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Coordinator based in the United States.

The Business Development Coordinator will play an important role in supporting growth initiatives, client engagement, and strategic business development activities.
Working closely with senior business development leadership, you will help identify market opportunities and turn insights into actionable initiatives.
The role combines project coordination, market research, proposal development, CRM management, and client support.
You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure business priorities remain aligned and well executed.
Your organization, attention to detail, and analytical mindset will help keep projects moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of business development projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, sales materials, and other content for client meetings, pitches, and business development initiatives.
  • Support client relationship management by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and materials, tracking follow-up actions, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including client information, sales activities, opportunities, and progress against business development initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing market findings, sales performance, project progress, and strategic recommendations.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, scheduling, and team event planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to maintain alignment across commercial strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Help coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accurate documentation and consistent follow-through.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in business development, sales, marketing support, or a closely related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the professionalism and confidence to interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage information, documentation, and follow-up activities accurately.
  • Basic analytical skills, with the ability to review market and business data and translate findings into useful insights.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to maintain accurate customer and sales information.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, product development, and leadership teams.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach, with a willingness to contribute ideas and take ownership of assigned initiatives.
