• Deliver exceptional, personalized service from the first greeting to the final farewell.
• Guide guests through the menu with expert knowledge of ingredients, preparation, allergens, and beverage pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and manage the pace of service with precision and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with the kitchen, bar, support staff, and management to ensure flawless execution.
• Build genuine connections with guests while maintaining a polished, professional presence.
• Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and guest concerns with confidence and care.
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency while delivering thoughtful, unhurried service.
• Consistently uphold service standards, presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

• Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant; fine dining experience strongly preferred.
• Strong food, wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge, with the ability to confidently make recommendations and pairings.
• Proven ability to provide elevated, detail-driven hospitality in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest recovery skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure under pressure.
• A polished, professional, and positive presence with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
