1. Responsible and punctual
2. Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
3. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
4. Ability to work 12-hour shifts
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently

We are currently hiring On-Call Injection Mold / General Laborers to support our production team as needed. This position involves building hybrid boxes for preform storage, staging boxes in front of Husky machines, moving completed boxes for pickup, and assisting with production operations in a manufacturing environment.

1. Build hybrid boxes for perform storage
2. Stage boxes in front of Husky machines
3. Move completed boxes for pickup and transport
4. Safely operate a pallet jack
5. Assist with production flow and organization
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
7. Follow all company safety policies and procedures
8. Perform other duties as assigned

1. Ability to stand for extended periods
2. Ability to lift, move, stack, and transport materials throughout the shift
3. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
4. Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
5. Pallet jack experience preferred
6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
7. Strong attention to detail and safety
8. Reliable transportation
9. Excellent attendance and punctuality
