If you love solving problems, fine-tuning CNC programs, and seeing your work come to life in precision-machined components, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and prove out CNC programs using Mastercam for new and legacy parts
• Collaborate with machinists and production teams to optimize toolpaths and machining processes
• Create clear documentation: setup sheets, work instructions, and process drawings
• Troubleshoot machining issues and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to operators
• Support new product introductions and design updates from concept through production

• 8+ years of CNC programming experience, including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining
• BS in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Deep knowledge of Mastercam, tooling, feeds/speeds, and material properties
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 environments
• Experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP, or Six Sigma (a plus)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
