Job Description

Vice President, Enterprise Go-to-Market Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Enterprise Go-to-Market Sales based in United States.

This is a senior, hands-on executive role responsible for building and scaling an enterprise go-to-market strategy across sales, offerings, partnerships, and revenue growth.
You will combine strategic leadership with direct ownership of high-value enterprise opportunities, personally shaping deals and establishing a scalable sales engine.
The role spans market development, solution positioning, strategic technology partnerships, pipeline generation, complex sales execution, and commercial operations.
You will work closely with executive leaders across sales, marketing, delivery, solutions, and operations to translate growth priorities into measurable GTM plans.
A key focus will be developing differentiated services at the intersection of consulting, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, customer relationship management, commerce, and agreement management.
You will also establish the processes, forecasting discipline, and performance metrics needed to create predictable and sustainable enterprise growth.
This opportunity is particularly suited to a builder and seller who wants to remain close to customers, partners, strategic deals, and market opportunities while helping shape a future enterprise organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the enterprise go-to-market strategy, operating plan, pipeline, bookings, revenue performance, and overall growth agenda.
  • Develop and execute account and territory strategies for strategic enterprise customers, identifying opportunities to expand relationships and increase revenue.
  • Personally originate, develop, qualify, and close complex consulting, digital transformation, and technology-services opportunities while maintaining direct ownership of a meaningful revenue quota.
  • Establish a repeatable enterprise sales motion with scalable processes, standards, and operating rhythms that can support organizational growth.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders across sales, marketing, delivery, solutions, and operations to translate strategic growth priorities into executable go-to-market plans.
  • Identify market opportunities and convert customer needs, technology trends, and competitive insights into differentiated and commercially viable service offerings.
  • Develop compelling propositions spanning consulting, implementation, transformation, artificial intelligence, customer relationship management, commerce, and agreement management.
  • Define positioning, packaging, pricing, target customer profiles, partner alignment, and sales enablement strategies for new offerings.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical leaders to ensure proposed offerings are commercially compelling while remaining operationally feasible and aligned with delivery capabilities.
  • Develop and manage executive-level relationships across strategic technology ecosystems and create joint go-to-market strategies that generate sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Build partner relationships across sales, alliances, product, industry, and field leadership, translating partner priorities into account mapping, campaigns, offerings, and co-selling opportunities.
  • Lead sophisticated enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification and qualification through solution development, commercial negotiation, and closing.
  • Establish strong opportunity management, pipeline progression, customer relationship management, and sales operations discipline.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data covering deal health, progression, next actions, risks, and forecasts, while producing reliable weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Build executive-level reporting around pipeline, bookings, win rates, sales velocity, conversion, forecast accuracy, and other critical go-to-market metrics.
  • Analyze sales and business performance data to identify trends, risks, productivity opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Initially manage one direct report while remaining a hands-on enterprise seller and providing leadership and influence across the broader commercial organization.
  • Coach team members on enterprise selling, account strategy, partner engagement, opportunity management, and commercial discipline.
  • Help define the future organizational structure, processes, and talent requirements needed to scale the enterprise go-to-market function.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience selling and leading professional services, consulting, digital transformation, or technology implementation services to enterprise organizations.
  • Demonstrated success personally carrying and consistently achieving or exceeding a significant revenue quota.
  • Proven ability to build enterprise pipeline and close complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities involving senior decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), commerce, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Meaningful experience with several enterprise technology platforms or ecosystems, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Anthropic or enterprise AI, DocuSign, CPQ and quote-to-cash technologies, and enterprise commerce platforms such as commercetools, Shopify, BigCommerce, or comparable solutions.
  • Proven ability to identify market opportunities, develop new service offerings, and successfully bring those offerings to market.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing partner-led and co-selling go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong command of CRM platforms, pipeline management, sales operations, forecasting, and commercial performance management.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable moving between individual opportunities, account-level strategies, and aggregate business performance.
  • Experience presenting pipeline, forecasts, sales performance, and go-to-market strategies to executive leadership.
  • Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to balance revenue growth, delivery feasibility, margin considerations, and long-term strategic value.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to move initiatives forward without relying solely on organizational authority.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment where the expectation is to build new capabilities while actively selling and generating revenue.
  • Proven ability to establish predictable, scalable growth engines rather than simply manage an existing sales organization.
  • A builder-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain close to customers, partners, opportunities, and market dynamics while shaping the future enterprise organization.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Retirement plans, including 401(k) and Individual Retirement Account (IRA) options.
  • Life insurance, including basic, voluntary, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage.
  • Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
  • Family leave, including maternity and paternity leave.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Training and professional development opportunities to support continued career growth.
  • Work-from-home flexibility within the role's eligible locations.
  • Wellness resources designed to support employee well-being.
  • Opportunity to build and scale an enterprise go-to-market function while directly influencing revenue, offerings, strategic partnerships, and organizational growth.
  • High visibility with executive stakeholders and meaningful exposure to enterprise customers, technology ecosystems, complex sales cycles, and strategic business development.
