The Marketing Campaign Specialist serves as the execution engine behind integrated B2B marketing campaigns across a fast-paced SaaS environment.
You’ll support account-based marketing, demand generation, events, content, paid media, and campaign operations.
Your attention to detail will be critical to ensuring campaigns launch accurately, are properly tracked, and deliver a seamless experience across channels.
You’ll work hands-on with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other marketing technologies to bring campaigns to life.
The role offers broad exposure to integrated marketing while providing an opportunity to deepen your ABM and demand generation expertise.
Working closely with the wider marketing team and external partners, you’ll identify issues proactively and continuously improve campaign execution.

- Support ABM execution by researching and maintaining account lists, enrolling contacts in campaigns, setting up LinkedIn matched audiences, and supporting 1:1 landing page builds.
- Ensure ABM assets are launched accurately, properly tracked, and free of errors before and after campaigns go live.
- Coordinate campaign setup and operations with external contractors, including emails, landing pages, and HubSpot workflows.
- Validate UTMs, Salesforce campaign attribution, links, forms, and contact enrollment to maintain reliable campaign tracking and data quality.
- Support LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns through audience setup, ad and messaging support, budget monitoring, and performance data collection.
- Identify performance anomalies against established benchmarks and proactively communicate issues to the marketing team.
- Coordinate logistics for webinars and field events, including registration, vendors, attendee communications, promotions, and post-event follow-up.
- Support demand generation activities including contact segmentation, list hygiene, lead scoring maintenance, and nurture campaign setup.
- Coordinate marketing asset distribution and help keep website and social channels current and aligned with campaign priorities.
- Support product marketing launches through campaign checklists and cross-channel content activation.
- Pull performance data from HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to support weekly reporting and marketing reviews.
- Maintain marketing operations hygiene across active programs, proactively identifying enrollment, tracking, list, and attribution issues.
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with exposure to ABM, demand generation, or account-based marketing strongly preferred.
- SaaS marketing experience is a plus.
- Practical understanding of ABM concepts, including 1:1 landing pages, LinkedIn matched audiences, account lists, and campaign/contact enrollment.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including emails, forms, CTAs, lists, workflows, and marketing data hygiene.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales technology such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, WordPress, Storylane, Supermetrics, Salesloft, and LLM-based tools is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify broken links, incorrect dates, missing UTMs, inaccurate audience segments, and other campaign issues before launch.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive communication style, including the confidence to flag issues early and ask questions when something does not look right.
- Generalist mindset and curiosity, with an interest in working across ABM, events, demand generation, content, and campaign operations.
- Growth-oriented approach and desire to develop deeper expertise in ABM and integrated campaign strategy.
- Comfortable adopting AI tools and new marketing technologies to improve efficiency and campaign execution.
- $70,000–$90,000 annual base salary.
