Job Description

Senior Content Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to define and scale a high-impact content engine at the intersection of AI and insurance, shaping how a category-defining product is understood in the market. You will own end-to-end content strategy, from thought leadership and executive narratives to SEO, AEO, and multi-channel distribution. The position requires a blend of editorial excellence and strategic thinking, turning complex technical and industry concepts into compelling, accessible stories. You will collaborate closely with executives, product leaders, customers, and subject matter experts to surface insights and build differentiated points of view. This is a highly autonomous role for a builder who thrives in fast-moving, experimental environments. Your work will directly influence brand authority, audience growth, and pipeline impact across a rapidly evolving industry.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel content strategy across blogs, newsletters, research, webinars, case studies, and emerging formats to drive awareness, authority, and demand generation
  • Partner with executives, customers, and subject matter experts to extract insights and craft original thought leadership and differentiated market narratives
  • Build and manage executive thought leadership and ghostwriting programs, including content planning, interviewing, drafting, publishing, and performance tracking
  • Own SEO and AEO initiatives to improve discoverability across search engines and AI-driven answer platforms
  • Produce, edit, and publish high-quality content assets across multiple channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and editorial excellence
  • Continuously test new content formats, distribution channels, and growth initiatives, using data to inform investment decisions and strategy evolution
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations to optimize impact
  • Leverage AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, ideation, and production while maintaining strong editorial standards and originality
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, content operations, or thought leadership roles
  • Proven experience building scalable content systems that drive measurable business outcomes such as SEO growth, audience expansion, or pipeline influence
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical, financial, or industry topics for diverse audiences
  • Strong experience in executive ghostwriting and adapting tone and voice across multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success producing data-driven, research-based, or analytical content that supports market positioning and business growth
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles, content performance metrics, and digital distribution strategies
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Naturally curious and experimental mindset, with a strong bias toward testing, learning, and iteration
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or technical industries is strongly preferred
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level content marketing roles in the Canadian market
  • Significant equity package offering long-term ownership in a high-growth company
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions
  • 20 days of paid time off annually, plus global team offsites and in-person collaboration opportunities
  • Wellness and lifestyle support, including gym and mobile phone stipends
  • Continuing education support to encourage ongoing professional growth
  • Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation in a global, high-performance team.
