The Senior Manager, Global Campaigns will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing strategic marketing campaigns that support business growth objectives. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into impactful marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead flagship, pillar-level campaigns from strategy and positioning through execution, optimization, and retrospective analysis.
- Develop competitive positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives that clearly differentiate solutions in the market.
- Define campaign structures, content strategies, and channel approaches that align top-level messaging with execution across marketing channels.
- Own campaign landing page strategy and collaborate with digital teams to optimize campaign experiences.
- Design and evolve webinar, nurture, and multi-quarter engagement programs that extend campaign impact beyond initial launches.
- Establish testing strategies, develop hypotheses, run experiments, and use performance data to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, lead optimization reviews, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Translate campaign performance data into clear business insights for leadership teams, connecting activities to pipeline contribution, conversions, revenue impact, and awareness.
- Create global campaign playbooks that enable regional marketing teams to successfully localize and activate initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign kickoffs, reviews, and stakeholder alignment across marketing functions.
- Partner with regional teams to balance global consistency with local market relevance.
- Explore and implement AI-powered workflows to improve campaign production, reporting, coordination, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation and help maintain marketing systems and AI-enabled processes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical marketing leader with extensive experience managing integrated campaigns in complex B2B environments. Required qualifications and skills include:
- 7–10 years of experience in integrated campaign management, demand generation, growth marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience owning multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and briefing through launch, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, including awareness, engagement, pipeline generation, and conversion.
- Ability to develop compelling positioning and messaging by combining market, customer, product, and competitive insights.
- Growth marketing mindset with experience using data, experimentation, and testing to drive decisions.
- Strong media and channel knowledge with the ability to collaborate effectively with specialist teams.
- Experience working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and building scalable processes from the ground up.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Jira.
- Genuine interest in AI and automation, with curiosity about improving workflows through emerging technologies.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, including account selection, targeting, and cross-channel execution, is an asset.
- Experience collaborating with regional or field marketing teams across multiple markets.
- Background in enterprise software, infrastructure, or technical industries is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to provide strategic direction while remaining hands-on and execution-focused.
