The Staff Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a critical product platform, ensuring alignment between customer needs, technical capabilities, and business objectives. The role requires strong leadership across functions, customer engagement, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Partner with executive leadership to define product vision, strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution plans.
- Transform customer challenges and operational insights into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
- Engage directly with customers and end users to understand workflows, validate opportunities, and gather actionable feedback.
- Drive platform expansion by connecting operational systems, business applications, and new user personas.
- Lead delivery of integrations and capabilities that improve diagnostics, decision-making, and automation potential.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, AI, Sales, and Finance teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Establish product frameworks, discovery practices, prioritization models, and documentation standards across the organization.
- Define and monitor success metrics related to adoption, platform growth, user expansion, and revenue impact.
- Participate in technical discussions to ensure product strategies align with architecture and platform capabilities.
- Mentor other product professionals and contribute to strengthening product management practices.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading complex technical products, with strong strategic thinking, customer orientation, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environment.
- 8+ years of experience in technical product management, leading large-scale and cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience building or scaling platforms, integrations, data products, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong ability to translate customer needs into product strategy and actionable roadmaps.
- Advanced knowledge of prioritization frameworks, product discovery, and decision-making under uncertainty.
- Strong technical background, including familiarity with system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data platforms.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams and participating in technical planning discussions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders from technical teams to executive leadership.
- Experience mentoring product managers and improving product practices within teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed, and collaborative environment.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in industrial technology, data centers, critical infrastructure, energy systems, or similar sectors.

- Background in B2B SaaS, platform monetization, pricing strategy, or enterprise go-to-market models.
