This role offers the opportunity to define the technical strategy behind web experiences that drive user growth and subscription conversion.
You will own the architecture, experimentation infrastructure, and performance foundations of revenue-critical web properties.
The position combines advanced frontend engineering expertise with growth engineering principles to create scalable solutions.
You will collaborate closely with growth, marketing, revenue, and product teams to enable faster experimentation and better customer experiences.

You will help build systems that allow non-engineering teams to launch experiments independently while maintaining quality and reliability.

- Own the technical direction and architecture of web properties focused on user acquisition, conversion, and subscription growth.
- Lead the evolution of marketing technology infrastructure, including platform migrations and technical guardrails that enable efficient experimentation.
- Design and manage end-to-end web experimentation programs, including testing frameworks, measurement strategies, and rollout processes.
- Improve web performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals for high-traffic consumer-facing platforms.
- Build scalable frontend solutions using modern technologies while ensuring reliability across revenue-critical experiences.
- Establish engineering best practices around feature releases, monitoring, experimentation safety, and rollback strategies.
- Partner with growth, marketing, revenue, and product teams to translate business goals into effective technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentorship across engineering teams.
- Enable non-engineering teams to independently launch and manage experiments through intuitive and reliable systems.
- 8+ years of experience building production web applications, including 3+ years operating at a senior or staff individual contributor level.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, with experience delivering scalable frontend applications.
- Proven track record of driving measurable user growth, conversion improvements, or revenue impact through web platforms.
- Experience designing and managing A/B or multivariate experiments, including hypothesis development, measurement strategies, and analysis of results.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and experience collaborating with marketing or growth teams.
- Experience working with marketing technology platforms such as Unbounce, Framer, Webflow, or similar tools.
- Experience implementing analytics and experimentation infrastructure using tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, Segment, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong knowledge of production deployment practices, including feature flagging, monitoring, testing, and safe release processes.
- Ability to influence technical decisions, mentor engineers, and drive engineering excellence.
- Experience with subscription-based products, consumer platforms, or media technology is a plus.
