  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence platform improvements
  • Supporting ongoing optimization of integrations, data flows, and automation logic to ensure scalable and reliable performance

  • Strong expertise with Salesforce CRM and working knowledge of marketing automation platforms
  • Experience designing or supporting technical integrations across SaaS ecosystems, including data flows, APIs, and GTM systems
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured technical solutions and implementation plans
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in SaaS environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer implementations from onboarding through expansion
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with base salary aligned to Canadian market standards
  • Remote-first flexibility across Canada
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage
  • Paid time off programs, parental leave, and wellness support
  • Employee stock purchasing program and long-term incentive opportunities
  • 401(k) or RRSP retirement savings plan options (where applicable)
  • Career growth opportunities in a high-growth AI and SaaS environment
  • Access to cutting-edge AI tools and agentic technology workflows
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven work culture
