About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Transportation Recruiter and Relationship Manager. This position will be based in the Tempe office and will focus on managing and nurturing a pipeline of transportation professionals, developing strong relationships with prospective transporters, and supporting existing transportation partners with their career development. The role primarily involves engaging potential transporters via phone, email, and virtual meetings, with the goal of converting leads into successful enrollments on our platform.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Transporter Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various resources to identify and assess potential transportation professionals.
• Transporter Candidate Engagement: Conduct 80+ introductory calls daily with both prospects and existing transportation partners.
• Transporter verification: Conduct virtual transporter interviews and presentations, aligning transporter equipment and routes with job requirements.
• Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and track enrollment activities using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and educating partner of growth opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with transportation partners by providing excellent service and support throughout the enrollment cycle.
• Education and Support: Educate transportation partners about RunBuggy's processes and policies and provide ongoing support to resolve any issues that arise during their partnership.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Operations to optimize sourcing efforts and align outreach strategies with company goals.
• Reporting: Regularly report on your enrollment activities, pipeline status, and targets, providing insights and feedback to drive strategic initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team by Way of Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Ability to travel up to 10% per year (estimated to be approximately 20-30 days a year for tradeshows and conventions).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in conducting demos.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM) and virtual communication tools (Teams, automated phone menu, etc.).
• Ability to handle a variety of duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Mental fortitude to handle rejections and the ability to persevere despite these obstacles (the majority of the leads we receive are qualified leads).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
