Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Part-Time HR & Sales Operations Coordinator to support our internal operations. This hybrid role combines human resources administrative responsibilities with sales operations support, playing a critical role in the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office and business development efforts.

This is an on-site role based at our Columbia office, averaging 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time position that includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support

  • Process and manage employee payroll and time tracking

  • Maintain HR records and employee documentation

  • Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollment and updates

  • Support employee onboarding and compliance tracking

Sales Operations Support

  • Track proposals, active projects, and contract stages

  • Maintain dashboards and reports on sales KPIs and pipeline metrics

  • Coordinate documentation and follow-ups between sales and operations teams

  • Assist in organizing customer records and communications

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales operations strongly preferred

  • Working knowledge of payroll systems and benefits administration

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a technology or construction-related field a plus

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or proposal tracking tools
