About This Position

Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Coordinator to join our team, supplying Ground Support Equipment parts to Envoy Airlines at DFW International Airport. As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking care of our customer's needs in the most efficient and professional manner possible. Our company's mission is to not just be a supplier, but to help our customer solve their problems, and we are looking for someone who can help us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for parts in a timely manner

- Manage customer orders and ensure that they are processed accurately and efficiently

- Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, and availability

- Work closely with the team to provide excellent customer service

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Work closely with preferred vendors to procure stocking and non-stocking parts and supplies

- Receive and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.

- Develop and maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, and team members

- Work with team members to maintain a neat and orderly work area and stock room

- Participate in on the job training and monthly safety training courses

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in the fields of parts coordination, parts sales, inventory management and procurement, or automotive repair

- General understanding of automotive parts and their function

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. without restriction

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and inventory management software

- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Clean driving record

- Fluency in Spanish a plus, but not required

- Ability to pass TSA security requirements
