Rental Coordinator at Road Machinery and Supplies Co.. – Euless, Texas

US Shoring, a division of Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is searching for a Rental Coordinator to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for renting and selling products to walk-in and call-in customers. While working closely with the office and General Managers for pricing and profit margin information, you will also assist and serve as the point of contact for U.S. Shoring & Equipment Co. Territory Sales Managers.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for all incoming calls.
• Take orders accurately for both customers and sales representatives.
• Research trench shoring solutions for customers.
• Process contracts, create proformas, quotes, and ensure contracts have all proper documentation and approvals for opening and closing contracts.
• Manage trucking for both rental and sales, including spot checks on loads leaving to ensure everything is on the truck.
• Ensure all necessary actions are taken for accurate billings.
• Utilize company, vendor, and industry resources to constantly grow knowledge of equipment and their applicable parts.
• In addition to the above stated major responsibilities, various projects may also be assigned.

Qualifications/Skills:

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to learn and take instruction.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Must be able to work in both a team and independent environment.
• Proven ability to use multiple computer software programs to perform daily tasks.
• Experience with trench safety and boring equipment is highly desired.
• Experience dealing with utility contractors (sewer, water, and gas) is a plus.
• Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
• Have the desire to take action, learn, and be appreciative.
• Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a professional manner..
