Career Opportunity: Client Support Analyst

Location: Prince George, BC

Employment Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week)

The Opportunity: The Client Support Analyst collaborates closely with other IT Technicians and IT Analysts to escalate incidents and resolve technical issues. Serving as the initial point of contact, the services of the Client Support Analyst are vital for staff members to deliver the programs and services across all departments within the organization.

  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve user technical issues.
  • Responsible for procuring, setting up, and providing new or replacement hardware for staff, including cell phones adhering to financial procedures
  • Maintain the IT inventory database.
  • Maintain and develop IT standard operating procedures.

What You Will Bring to The Role:

  • Diploma in electronics, computing sciences or related technology discipline
  • Knowledge and experience working with ticketing and tracking systems.
  • Two years of experience in a related role
  • Experience with Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Intune.
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $32.8473 to $42.5381 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
