Job Purpose
We are looking for a person who has a flair for providing outstanding customer service, you will be enthusiastic and enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same. We are seeking a Park Ranger to be part of a dynamic team and uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across our Farm Park & Campsite.

Our mission is to provide exceptional experiences for our visitors. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our high standards, ensuring cleanliness and presentation across all areas.

About the Role:
This is an important role in the smooth and effective operation of the business, covering both indoor and outdoor areas. You will assist in housekeeping and cleaning operations, as part of the seasonal Site Services Team. Responsibilities include:

· Helping visitors enjoy their day by being friendly, approachable, and responding to queries and questions.

· Keeping play areas clean, safe and well-maintained.

· General janitorial duties, including Vacuuming, Sweeping, Mopping and other floorcare around the park and accommodation areas.

· Cleaning and servicing toilets, shower blocks, disabled changing and baby changing facilities.

· Emptying bins and removing litter from site.

· Cleaning allocated public areas during the day in order that the presentation of the site is kept to a high standard.

· Using light machinery (leaf blowers, floor scrubbers) where required.

· Occasional support of the Guest Experience Team including driving our Tractor and trailer and providing commentary to our visitors on board.

· Keeping the site clean and tidy.

· Working in our ticket office and Welcome Team on a regular basis.

· Occasional support of our housekeeping team, including tasks such as Completing housekeeping, glamping, and lodge turnovers. Handling the setup and closure of pop-up and seasonal glamping tents.

About you:

· You will be a friendly, outgoing, and charismatic individual that enjoys working outside with members of the public.

· Experience of customer service in retail, leisure, or hospitality.

· That you have high cleaning standards.

· Good team player with a flexible can-do attitude.

· Has some experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role and has high cleaning standards.

· Is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

· Is flexible to undertake a variety of roles within the Site Services Team.

· Works well in a busy fast paced environment.

· Wants to learn and be part of a team.

· Understands health and safety protocols.

· Possesses excellent attention to detail and an energetic positive, proactive attitude.

Work Pattern:

· Hours: Part time seasonal – opportunities on a flexible approach to cover business needs over a 7-day week from 7am-4pm.

· Expected hours will be between 15 and 40 per week.

· Salary: £12.21

· Location: Due to our rural location, reliable personal transport is essential.
