Front of House Manager Opportunity
Position Overview
An established private members club, rich in history and located in London’s West End, is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a charming and prestigious venue, supporting the Directors and Operations team to ensure the highest levels of member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
· Drive the team to deliver exceptional service throughout the venue.
· Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to uphold quality and efficiency.
· Maintain discretion when interacting with Members, ensuring privacy and respect at all times.
· Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills in all professional interactions.
· Exhibit a strong and engaging personality with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
· Show confidence and self-motivation in both independent and team environments.
· Consistently deliver outstanding service as part of a collaborative team.
· Possess previous experience as an F&B manager within a private club, hotel, or restaurant setting.
· Hold a Personal Licence, or be eligible to obtain one.
· Display flexibility in working hours, adapting to the needs of the business.
· Be computer literate and understand the use of social media in a business context.
What we are offering
· Salary of c. £30k (depending on experience)
· Share of Tronc
28 days of annual leave (including Christmas and New Year)
Most Sundays and Bank Holidays off
· Approx. 40 hours per week
