Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist

We are looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction at our CF Warehouse.

What You'll Do
  • Keep the warehouse running at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as your top priority.
  • Review workflows, space allocations, and equipment layouts to meet company standards for productivity and quality.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all regulations and procedures.
  • Receive and verify incoming orders, transport merchandise, and arrange deliveries in designated storage areas.
  • Prepare, package, and ship products accurately and on time.
  • Manage inventory levels using our Inventory Management System and assist with reporting.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and professional.
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall facility operations.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience 1+ years in warehouse operations, shipping, and safety.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities
  • Basic technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety and organizational excellence.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move throughout the warehouse.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.
