This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product leader to drive strategy and execution across both consumer and enterprise products in a data-intensive environment. You will own the product roadmap, transforming complex datasets into intuitive, high-value experiences that serve millions of users and business customers. Working alongside engineering, design, data, legal, and business teams, you'll lead product initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous optimization. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on product ownership, offering the opportunity to shape innovative solutions, influence business growth, and deliver measurable customer value. It is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced Agile environments and enjoys making data-driven product decisions.

Accountabilities
  • Own and execute the product roadmap across consumer (B2C) and enterprise (B2B) product offerings, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
  • Lead a cross-functional Agile Scrum team through the complete product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, backlog management, sprint execution, feature launches, and continuous iteration.
  • Identify customer needs and business opportunities through user research, analytics, competitive analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, translating insights into actionable product strategies.
  • Create comprehensive product documentation, including product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, success metrics, and feature specifications that align cross-functional teams.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Quality Assurance, Legal, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Measure product performance through data analysis, customer feedback, and market trends, continuously optimizing user experience, engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
  • Drive product innovation by leveraging AI tools, emerging technologies, and experimentation to improve workflows, productivity, and product development processes.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and business impact to leadership and stakeholders while fostering alignment across the organization.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience leading cross-functional software development teams in Agile environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing data-driven products, web applications, APIs, public records, identity solutions, or similar technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform customer insights and business opportunities into successful product initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics, customer research, experimentation, and ROI analysis to guide decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience producing clear product documentation and aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to improve product discovery, prototyping, documentation, or development workflows.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build strong partnerships across technical and business teams.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $149,400 to $182,700.
  • Performance-based annual bonus program.
  • Stock options.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Mental health and wellness resources.
  • Home office equipment allowance.
  • Fitness reimbursement program.
  • Professional development support, including reimbursement for courses and learning opportunities.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within eligible U.S. states.
  • Collaborative remote-first culture focused on innovation, work-life balance, and career growth.
