The Principal Product Manager will own the strategy, execution, and growth of telehealth-related products and experiences. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational leadership, and hands-on product execution to create scalable healthcare solutions.
- Develop and execute product strategies for telehealth-connected offerings, workflows, and customer experiences.
- Define, prioritize, and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue growth, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Design and optimize end-to-end telehealth journeys, including scheduling, digital intake, provider review, documentation delivery, payment workflows, and follow-up experiences.
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate telehealth platforms, healthcare systems, and third-party APIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, legal, and compliance teams to ensure effective customer communication and regulatory alignment.
- Build secure, scalable, and auditable healthcare workflows while ensuring compliance with privacy and healthcare regulations.
- Establish processes with providers and partners to support reliable service delivery.
- Use customer insights, data, and business metrics to guide product decisions and measure impact.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a product leader with strong digital health experience and a proven ability to build products from concept to launch in complex environments.
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, including hands-on experience in Digital Health, Telehealth, or HealthTech environments.
- Proven experience building 0-to-1 products and launching subscription-based products.
- Experience designing or integrating telehealth solutions, digital intake workflows, healthcare platforms, or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of regulated data management, privacy requirements, security practices, and healthcare compliance.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on API integrations, platform development, and technical solutions.
- Ability to translate complex customer and business problems into clear product strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying the right problems before defining solutions.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms and tools such as SFCC, SFDC, and SQL is a plus.
- Competitive compensation range of $140,000 - $200,000.
- Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus of up to 15%.
