This is a fully remote sales role focused on helping organizations strengthen their identity and device management capabilities.
You will work with existing customers and prospects to uncover technology needs and identify opportunities for growth.
The role combines consultative selling, strategic account engagement, product expertise, and relationship management.
You will serve as a trusted advisor on identity solutions while guiding clients toward solutions that align with their business goals.
Success requires strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and cross-selling skills within a B2B SaaS environment.
You will collaborate across teams while managing your pipeline, sales activity, and revenue targets independently.

- Manage pipeline generation and cross-sell revenue opportunities within an existing customer base, consistently working toward or exceeding monthly sales quotas and activity expectations.
- Understand customer and prospect objectives, challenges, and technology environments to recommend relevant identity and device management solutions.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations, product demonstrations, proposal presentations, negotiations, and follow-up throughout the sales and implementation journey.
- Act as a subject matter expert on identity solutions and related technologies, helping customers understand how to maximize the value of their technology investments.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and prospects while serving as a primary point of contact for technology-related products and applications.
- Prospect strategically within existing accounts to identify new opportunities and expand customer relationships.
- Maintain strong knowledge of relevant products, competitive offerings, sales tools, processes, and evolving technology trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer needs, support successful implementations, and identify opportunities for continued growth.
- Use structured sales methodologies and strong negotiation skills to move opportunities forward and achieve favorable outcomes.
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology environments involving IT solutions.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative or solution-based sales environment.
- Experience selling identity management, mobile device management (MDM), device management, or other IT-related solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Google, Microsoft Azure, single sign-on (SSO), cloud service integrations, workflow automation, endpoint security, and CRM platforms.
- Strong ability to uncover customer needs through active listening, thoughtful questioning, and consultative engagement.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to establish credibility and build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable working independently while managing priorities, sales activity, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as standard internet-based tools.
- Experience with MEDDPICC or SPIN sales methodologies is preferred.
- Experience prospecting and cross-selling within existing accounts is preferred.
- Ability to remain focused and productive while working remotely and spending extended periods at a computer or workstation.
- Base salary range of $60,000–$80,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
