- Identify and proactively resolve customer and internal challenges while helping evolve processes and approaches as the organization grows.
- Travel approximately 25% of the time for customer meetings, team gatherings, and other relationship-building opportunities.
- 8+ years of experience in presales selling complex technical products, or 10+ years of professional experience supporting technical products combined with customer-facing delivery or consulting experience.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to audiences ranging from software engineers to CEOs and other senior executives.
- Demonstrated storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to build confidence, establish credibility, and influence technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven experience understanding customer needs and translating them into effective technical architectures and solutions.
- Previous software development experience or solid working knowledge of relevant software technologies and technical environments.
- Experience applying sales methodologies and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technically complex opportunities from discovery through solution development and presentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, initiative, and a hands-on approach to customer challenges.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, another technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in telecommunications, SIP, contact center technologies, or security is preferred.
