This role offers the opportunity to become a trusted strategic partner to enterprise customers using connected operations and IoT technology.
You’ll help organizations improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of complex physical operations.
Working beyond implementation, you’ll guide customers through long-term adoption, optimization, and measurable business outcomes.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, and other internal teams in a highly cross-functional environment.
The position combines strategic account management, consultative problem-solving, executive engagement, and technical product expertise.
You’ll have significant autonomy while working with sophisticated customers and a rapidly evolving technology platform.
For a customer-focused professional who thrives in a high-growth environment, this role offers meaningful impact and strong opportunities for career development.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, helping them increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their physical operations through an IoT platform.
  • Develop joint success plans with customers that define business objectives, success metrics, timelines, and actions required to achieve measurable value.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, operational leaders, technical stakeholders, and day-to-day platform users.
  • Lead executive business reviews that assess progress, demonstrate business outcomes, address challenges, and align stakeholders around future priorities.
  • Conduct customer workshops to understand operational challenges and recommend workflow improvements and platform configurations that support business goals.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the platform’s capabilities and translate technical functionality into practical solutions for customers across transportation, utilities, field services, education, and other industries.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, and other teams to remove customer barriers and accelerate outcomes.
  • Identify customer risks, opportunities, and adoption gaps while proactively developing strategies to improve engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value.
  • Mentor members of the broader Customer Success and Support teams by sharing knowledge, approaches, and best practices.
  • Champion customer-focused, inclusive, growth-oriented, and long-term thinking across the organization as the customer success function continues to scale.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, strategic consulting, or comparable customer-facing role, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or working with technical products and the ability to understand and communicate complex technology in business-friendly terms.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and trust with a broad range of stakeholders, including executives, Product and Engineering leaders, operational teams, and software users.
  • Strong consultative and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented approach to complex customer challenges.
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and competing priorities in a high-visibility environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, tact, and composure when navigating sensitive customer situations or resolving issues under pressure.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead executive-level conversations, workshops, and business reviews.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and willingness to go beyond defined responsibilities to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes unstructured environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution or equivalent academic background.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise solutions, particularly within Fortune 500 organizations, is an advantage.
  • A strong bias toward action, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement is highly valued.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required.
Benefits:
  • Annual base salary of $98,685–$127,710 CAD, with actual compensation dependent on factors such as location, skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.
  • Above-market total compensation combining base salary with performance-based bonus or variable compensation.
  • Equity opportunities for eligible employees.
  • Flexible, employee-led remote working model.
  • Comprehensive health and parental leave benefits.
  • Professional development stipend to support ongoing learning and career growth.
  • Opportunity to work with a diverse, global team across a rapidly growing technology organization.
  • Significant autonomy and opportunities to shape your career within an expanding Customer Success function.
  • Exposure to cross-functional teams including Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering.
  • Opportunity to contribute to technology that supports safer, more efficient, and more sustainable physical operations.
  • Inclusive workplace designed to support employees from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Reasonable accommodations available throughout the recruitment process for qualified candidates with disabilities.
