This role is an opportunity to help accelerate enterprise and mid-market growth within a fast-moving AI and advertising technology environment.
You will build relationships with prospective clients and create qualified pipeline for enterprise sales teams across global markets.
Your focus will be on identifying high-value accounts, engaging senior stakeholders, and securing meetings and product demonstrations.
You will work with marketing, procurement, brand, and business leaders, developing a strong understanding of their challenges and priorities.
The role combines disciplined outbound prospecting with thoughtful, personalized engagement and lead nurturing.
You will also help refine sales processes and playbooks as the organization continues to scale.

- Identify and engage prospective enterprise and mid-market clients based on the defined Ideal Customer Profile, with a focus on global markets including the UK and US.
- Build qualified sales pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Navigate complex enterprise organizations, multi-thread relationships across stakeholders, and engage senior decision-makers to secure initial meetings.
- Qualify leads against established criteria, including BANT, and collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure opportunities are properly positioned for the next stage.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for enterprise and mid-market sales representatives.
- Develop personalized outreach sequences and nurture prospects who are not yet ready to purchase, maintaining engagement until the timing is right.
- Research target accounts and tailor messaging to the needs of marketing, procurement, brand, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and Salesforce to research prospects, manage activities, track pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Consistently achieve monthly qualified-lead targets and contribute to revenue generation through opportunities that progress to closed-won business.
- Help improve outbound strategies, sales processes, messaging, and playbooks within a rapidly evolving commercial environment.
- At least 1 year of outbound Sales Development Representative or similar business development experience targeting enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate large organizations, engage multiple stakeholders, and secure meetings with senior buyers.
- Experience in SaaS, technology sales, martech, creative production, or a strong genuine interest in how major brands develop and purchase advertising.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex products and concepts clearly and confidently.
- Consistent and disciplined approach to outbound sales across calls, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Comfortable working with sales targets, pipeline metrics, and a performance-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and conversations simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM and sales prospecting platforms, preferably Salesforce and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lusha.
- Adaptability and initiative, with a willingness to operate in a fast-moving environment where processes and playbooks continue to evolve.
- Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, advertising technology, and innovative approaches to sales and marketing.
