  • Support pipeline development and revenue targets through territory and lead assignment, call-list generation, deal validation, commission processes, and other operational workflows.
  • Coordinate revenue-related initiatives such as events, customer renewals, market expansion activities, and cross-functional operational programs.
  • Develop and distribute reporting and dashboards covering quotas, pipeline, churn, retention, performance, and other key revenue metrics.
  • Partner with leadership to align go-to-market strategies, messaging, pricing, market opportunities, and regional growth plans.
  • Collaborate with Finance on budgets, resource allocation, vendor selection, and vendor management.
  • Work closely with Finance, Information Security, Legal, HR, and other teams to ensure operational practices align with company policies, legal requirements, and security standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and policies through automation, innovation, and responsible use of AI.
  • Collaborate with internal leaders and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, share knowledge, negotiate resources, and communicate progress and outcomes.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, regulatory developments, and Revenue Operations best practices.
  • Travel as needed to support team initiatives, organizational priorities, and industry events.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function supporting fast-paced sales or revenue-generating teams.

  • Experience with BI and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to use performance metrics to improve transparency, accountability, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Track record of identifying process inefficiencies and implementing automation or other improvements to increase scalability.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional revenue operations, including territories, leads, deal validation, call lists, commissions, events, and customer renewals.
  • Strong training and enablement skills, including the ability to create and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and leadership.
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a continuous-improvement mindset in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Experience managing, recruiting, retaining, coaching, or developing team members is valuable.
  • Commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, equitable, and collaborative workplace.
  • A degree in business, operations, or a related field is welcome but not required.
Benefits:
