Location: Northwest Side of Chicago, IL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $110,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience + up to $9,000 in quarterly bonuses

We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Chicago team. This position will serve patients in a community where Assyrian and Arabic language skills are essential to providing effective, culturally responsive care.

Language RequirementFluency in Assyrian or Arabic is required for this position.
The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating directly with patients and families in both languages, including discussing medical histories, diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and follow-up instructions.
Compensation- Base Salary: $110,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience
- Quarterly Bonus: Up to $9,000 per quarter
- Maximum Annual Bonus Opportunity: Up to $36,000
- Bonus eligibility and payout are based on applicable performance and organizational criteria.
- Evaluate patients, obtain comprehensive health histories, and perform physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions within your scope of practice.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients and families.
- Communicate medical information clearly in Assyrian and Arabic when appropriate.
- Order, perform, and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies, EKGs, and other diagnostics within scope.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Perform appropriate office-based procedures, including injections, wound care, suturing, and immunizations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, follow-up care, and other services as needed.
- Work closely with medical assistants, nurses, technicians, and other clinical staff to support efficient patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and staff.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records.
- Follow clinical protocols, evidence-based practices, and organizational policies.
- Promote patient safety, quality care, and a positive patient experience.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
- Maintain appropriate professional licensure, certifications, and clinical credentials.
- Active, unrestricted Illinois Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license.
- Graduation from an accredited PA or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current national certification appropriate to your profession.
- Fluency in Assyrian or Arabic – required.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
- Ability to provide primary care to patients across a range of ages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Strong commitment to quality, patient safety, and compassionate care.
- 2–5 years of experience in primary care and/or pediatrics.
- Experience working with culturally diverse patient populations.
- Experience in a community health center, multi-specialty practice, or other outpatient setting.
- Experience with common outpatient procedures.
- Strong interest in preventive care and long-term patient relationships.
