The Senior Channel Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategies that expand market reach, strengthen partner relationships, and generate measurable business results. The role requires strong ownership of partner performance, pipeline development, and collaboration across internal teams.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with regional revenue, pipeline, and market expansion objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and grow relationships with strategic partners including distributors, resellers, managed service providers, systems integrators, and technology partners.
- Identify new partner-driven business opportunities and convert relationships into qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Build executive-level relationships with partner organizations and establish joint business plans, priorities, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to identify target accounts, uncover opportunities, and accelerate sales initiatives.
- Enable partners through training, product positioning support, demonstrations, and sales resources.
- Monitor partner-generated pipeline, sales activity, performance indicators, and revenue outcomes.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and partner feedback to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to deliver a consistent partner experience.
- Represent the organization at partner meetings, industry events, and conferences while supporting regional relationship-building activities.
- Travel regularly across North America for partner engagements, planning sessions, and events.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven channel sales professional with strong experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments. They combine business development expertise, relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue through partner ecosystems.
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or a related role within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven success developing partner relationships and converting partnerships into measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of North American channel models, including distributors, resellers, managed service providers, and systems integrators.
- Experience building relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and frontline teams.
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and grow existing partnerships.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate business value effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, partner activities, reporting, and follow-ups.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and align stakeholders toward shared business objectives.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for partner meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
