The Project Manager, Client Services is responsible for managing eDiscovery workflows, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to client expectations. This role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage eDiscovery projects by coordinating tasks across operational teams, ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met.
- Create and manage work orders related to data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production activities.
- Perform quality checks to validate the accuracy, completeness, and readiness of work products before client delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of eDiscovery processes, industry trends, competitors, and supporting technologies.
- Develop a strong understanding of internal workflows, critical paths, and tools used to manage project execution.
- Communicate project scope, timelines, expectations, and updates clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage workflow queues and prioritize project requests to support efficient operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.
- Support additional project-related responsibilities as needed to meet business and client objectives.
The ideal candidate brings experience in project management, eDiscovery operations, and client-focused service delivery. They should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting to changing business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD) degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of eDiscovery experience.
- Experience with Relativity is required.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Proven project management abilities, including interpreting and executing written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to handling changing workloads and business priorities.
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment using computer systems and communication tools.
- Availability to occasionally support after-hours needs, including evenings or weekends when required.
- Competitive annual salary range of $98,173 – $110,000 depending on skills, experience, location, and other relevant factors.
