  • Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback, monitoring outcomes, and identifying opportunities to enhance product performance.
  • Collaborate across multiple product areas, including healthcare operations, claims, benefits, networks, pricing, and related systems.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings experience in product ownership, Agile methodologies, and technology-driven business solutions. They should be comfortable working independently, managing complexity, and influencing stakeholders across different teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, operations, systems analysis, or related fields.
  • Experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing delivery based on business impact.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile delivery teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and make sound decisions with limited direction.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy benefits, or enterprise systems is a plus.

Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range of $94,900 - $130,500 USD, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.
  • Remote work flexibility with support for home-based employees.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
