Compensation: Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-specific requirements, individual experience, internal pay equity, and organizational needs/budget considerations, all in alignment with our RML's compensation philosophy. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on both individual and organizational performance.
Performs a variety of duties to maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition. May be assigned to outside tasks, cleaning and/or organizing, administrative/receptionist assignments, and various other duties as assigned. Provides excellent customer service.
Will also consider nursing students with at least one medical/surgical rotation to work in Patient Care Services.
This is a temporary position, as needed, with no guaranteed hours. Will be assigned based on need and availability.
Requirements include: Must be a high school graduate or a current college student; must be enrolled to attend college in the fall.
