This role is a strategic opportunity to shape and scale enterprise-wide artificial intelligence adoption within a fast-growing, international organization. The AI Manager will lead the definition and execution of AI initiatives that directly support business transformation and operational efficiency. Acting as a bridge between executive leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders, this professional will ensure AI is embedded across core processes and decision-making. The position involves building governance frameworks, promoting responsible AI practices, and driving innovation through Generative AI and advanced machine learning technologies. It is a highly influential role with visibility at leadership level, focused on turning emerging AI capabilities into real business impact. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and strongly oriented toward digital transformation at scale.
Lead the end-to-end AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term digital transformation goals while embedding AI capabilities across the organization.
• Establish AI governance structures, including policies, standards, and ethical frameworks for responsible AI adoption and usage
• Build and lead internal AI communities, promoting AI-first initiatives and organization-wide awareness
• Oversee implementation of enterprise AI platforms and solutions using technologies such as Microsoft, Google, and OpenAI ecosystems
• Identify, design, and scale use cases for Generative AI, LLMs, and other advanced AI models across business functions
• Define architecture standards, data governance principles, and security requirements for scalable AI solutions
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate AI into strategic and operational processes
• Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, performance, and business impact of AI initiatives
• Lead AI training and upskilling programs to accelerate organization-wide adoption
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, combined with at least 5 years of experience in AI, data, or digital transformation roles. Strong proven experience leading AI solution implementation or enterprise AI programs in complex environments. Deep knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, and modern AI architectures such as Transformers. Familiarity with advanced models and techniques including CNNs, RNNs, GANs, diffusion models, and reinforcement learning. Experience designing scalable AI platforms and integrating AI into enterprise systems. Strong understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and responsible AI frameworks. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Ability to translate business challenges into scalable and impactful technology solutions. Advanced English proficiency (C1) is required, along with prior experience working with U.S.-based clients.
