This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Account Executive - SMB/MM (LATAM) (Portuguese Speaking) based in Brazil.
In this role, you will join a high-performing LATAM sales organization focused on accelerating growth across the Brazilian market through strategic SMB and Mid-Market customer acquisition and expansion. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building strong, trust-based relationships with business leaders. The role combines new logo hunting with account expansion, requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will position cybersecurity solutions that help organizations strengthen human and digital risk defenses. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute directly to revenue growth across the region. - Drive new logo acquisition across SMB and Mid-Market accounts by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities while consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product suites, subscription tiers, and multi-year agreements to maximize revenue growth.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and partner-driven opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing, while addressing customer needs and decision-making processes.
- Execute strategic deal structuring to optimize pricing, contract terms, and long-term customer value.
- Collaborate with internal teams including customer success, renewals, and channel partners to drive account growth and retention.
- Minimum 2+ years of successful experience in SMB and/or Mid-Market B2B sales with a proven track record of quota achievement.
- Experience in SaaS sales, including subscription-based models and recurring revenue environments.
- Strong understanding or interest in cybersecurity, IT, or technology-driven solutions.
- Fluent Portuguese speaker with strong English communication skills for global collaboration and training.
- Demonstrated ability to balance new business development with account expansion responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to forecast and optimize sales performance.
