This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, AI adoption, and client consulting, where you will translate complex business needs into structured AI-powered solutions. You will work directly with international clients to design, coordinate, and deliver practical AI workflows, automations, and prototypes that create measurable operational impact. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure clarity, alignment, and execution across multiple concurrent projects. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly execution-driven, with a strong emphasis on shipping real solutions rather than producing theoretical outputs. You will leverage modern AI tools daily to accelerate research, documentation, and solution design. - Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-focused client projects, translating ambiguous business challenges into structured plans, workflows, and actionable deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to design and implement AI tools, automations, and prototypes aligned with client needs.
- Define project scope, success metrics, and timelines while ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, maintaining momentum, tracking progress, and proactively resolving blockers.
- Lead client communication including updates, summaries, and presentations while ensuring expectations are consistently managed.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve business processes and support clients in adopting practical, high-impact solutions.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, digital delivery, product operations, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong experience working with external stakeholders and managing complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly write, present, and interact with U.S.-based clients and teams.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, prompting techniques, and workflow automation concepts.
- Experience collaborating with technical or engineering teams in agile or iterative environments.
- Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in ambiguity with minimal supervision.
- High curiosity and motivation to grow within AI-driven transformation and digital innovation.
