AI/Dev Platform Lead in Brazil, Indiana at Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI/Dev Platform Lead based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, automation, and AI-driven product development, owning the internal platforms that power large-scale creator marketing operations. You will design and build the systems of record, client-facing portals, and automation layers that enable teams to scale influencer sourcing, campaign execution, and performance tracking. The environment is fast-moving and highly experimental, with a strong emphasis on shipping quickly, iterating, and improving based on real operational needs. You will be responsible for integrating data from multiple ad and analytics platforms, ensuring accuracy, security, and structured access across stakeholders. A key part of the role involves leveraging AI to accelerate workflows such as briefing, creator research, and content generation. You will also define how data flows across systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and usability. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building from scratch and owning end-to-end technical platforms in a lean, execution-driven environment.

• Design and own the internal system of record (e.g., Airtable or equivalent) and client-facing portals with secure, role-based access and properly segmented views.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines integrating platforms such as Meta Ads, Northbeam, and other analytics tools to ensure real-time, reliable reporting.
• Implement and enforce data integrity, access control, and sensitive information masking (including creator identity and fee protection).
• Develop automation systems for creator sourcing, scoring, vetting, and lifecycle management.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities to support content ideation, brief generation, scripting, and creator research workflows.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and uptime across all internal tools and external-facing systems.
• Collaborate on improving system architecture, data models, and workflow efficiency to support business growth.
• Continuously iterate on tools and platforms based on operational feedback and performance outcomes.

• Proven experience building and shipping internal tools, dashboards, or client portals end-to-end (solo or in small teams).
• Strong experience working with APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks, OAuth, etc.).
• Hands-on ability across no-code/low-code tools (Airtable, Zapier/Make, Softr/Glide) and coding environments (JavaScript and/or Python).
• Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) into production systems, not just prototypes.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, automation workflows, and system design with a bias toward shipping quickly.
• Familiarity with marketing or ad-tech data sources (Meta Ads API, Northbeam, Triple Whale) is a plus.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of dashboarding and data visualization tools is desirable.
• Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
