- Conduct deep workflow analysis with operational teams to identify automation and AI opportunities grounded in real business processes.
- Design and validate AI solutions, selecting the right approach (build, buy, or integrate) and partnering with Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders for implementation.
- Own AI governance, including vendor evaluation, security and privacy review, and maintenance of a centralized AI tool and usage registry.
- Track and report measurable business impact of AI initiatives, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into outcomes, ROI, and adoption.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, transformation, or automation delivery, with exposure to AI or workflow automation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and tooling, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG concepts, and AI product evaluation.
- Proven ability to map complex workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate them into structured, scalable improvement opportunities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Strong analytical and business acumen, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, efficiency gains, or revenue impact.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in translating technical initiatives into clear executive-level narratives.
- Competitive compensation aligned with senior leadership roles
- Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy
- Opportunity to lead a high-visibility, company-wide AI transformation initiative
- Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making
- Strong focus on outcomes, ownership, and measurable impact
- Inclusive, diverse, and mission-driven culture
