Job Description

AI Enablement Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a AI Enablement Director based in Brazil.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of a company-wide AI transformation program. You will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and delivering AI-driven use cases that generate measurable business value across multiple functions. The role bridges business operations, engineering, and data teams to turn real workflows into scalable AI solutions. You will own the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from discovery and prioritization to pilot execution and production rollout. A key focus is ensuring every initiative is measurable in terms of time saved, cost reduction, or revenue impact. This is a highly cross-functional environment where execution, governance, and business outcomes matter as much as innovation. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational complexity and enjoys turning AI potential into tangible results.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end AI use case lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, scoping, piloting, and production deployment across multiple business functions.
  • Conduct deep workflow analysis with operational teams to identify automation and AI opportunities grounded in real business processes.
  • Design and validate AI solutions, selecting the right approach (build, buy, or integrate) and partnering with Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders for implementation.
  • Own AI governance, including vendor evaluation, security and privacy review, and maintenance of a centralized AI tool and usage registry.
  • Track and report measurable business impact of AI initiatives, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into outcomes, ROI, and adoption.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, transformation, or automation delivery, with exposure to AI or workflow automation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI concepts and tooling, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG concepts, and AI product evaluation.
  • Proven ability to map complex workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate them into structured, scalable improvement opportunities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, efficiency gains, or revenue impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in translating technical initiatives into clear executive-level narratives.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior leadership roles
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy
  • Opportunity to lead a high-visibility, company-wide AI transformation initiative
  • Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making
  • Strong focus on outcomes, ownership, and measurable impact
  • Inclusive, diverse, and mission-driven culture
