• A diploma or a certificate in accounting
• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Experience in the food service industry is essential
• Strong understanding of financial reconciliations, Quickbooks Desktop and Online

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, obtaining proper approvals, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
• Prepare and process expense reports and reconcile with various credit card statements and gather back up documents/invoices
• Reconcile company credit cards with corresponding purchases and payments
• Receive and update Wisk inventory system and Cogswell with all food and beverage orders
• Work on site at our restaurant locations
