Role Overview
TPMA is seeking a dynamic and organized professional to serve as a part-time subcontractor supporting the One-Stop Operator (OSO) functions at WorkOne Indy. This individual will work approximately 16 hours per week, primarily onsite at WorkOne Indy, to help ensure strong coordination among workforce system partners and maintain high-quality service delivery across the one-stop system. This role supports day-to-day OSO activities and contributes to fulfilling contractual deliverables with EmployIndy.
Key Responsibilities
The primary function of the subcontractor is to coordinate the service delivery of One-Stop partners and service providers in the Marion County public workforce system. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- General coordination of all one-stop partners and services internal and external to WorkOne Indy
- Managing logistics and developing agendas and materials for Quarterly Partner Meetings
- Schedule bi-annual meetings with individual one-stop partners
- Manage partner communications, including emails, phone calls, and video meetings
- Participate in weekly WorkOne Leadership Meetings on Wednesday mornings as needed
- Serve as the point of contact for training providers seeking engagement with the one-stop system
- Curate and communicate a monthly collection of professional development opportunities for workforce professionals
- Support the planning and facilitation of quarterly Ecosystem Enrichments
- Coordinating logistics and developing agendas and materials for Quarterly Partner Meetings
- Update the occupational skills training search tool and perform regular quality control
- Provide support for the execution of MOU activities outlined in each partner addenda
Compensation
This is a part-time subcontractor position limited to 16 hours per week and requires regular onsite presence at WorkOne Indy two (2) days per week. Applicants should submit their proposed hourly rate as part of their application. The rate will be reviewed and assessed to ensure alignment with the bounds of the contract budget.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in workforce development, specifically public workforce system in Indianapolis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
