The Opportunity
iTech Digital is a 27-year-old national security integration company. We install and service cutting edge access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems for commercial clients, franchise networks, and national brands across the country.
We are growing. Two major national account expansions are currently in motion. Our install team is expanding. And we have a clear, executable path to significantly increasing revenue in the next 24 months.
What we need now is a hunter. Someone who wakes up thinking about the next deal. Someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships from scratch, and close. This is not an account management role. You will not be handed a book of business. You will build one.
What You Will Do
• Identify and pursue new commercial clients, franchise networks, and multi-location businesses that need security integration solutions
• Build relationships with decision makers — facility managers, loss prevention directors, operations leads, and C-suite contacts
• Develop and present proposals, manage the sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
• Collaborate with our operations and technical team to ensure what you sell can be executed flawlessly
• Represent iTech Digital with professionalism and integrity in every client interaction
• Build and maintain a pipeline and report activity weekly

Requirements:What We Are Looking For
• Proven track record in B2B sales — you have closed deals and you can prove it
• Hunter mentality — you are energized by prospecting, not exhausted by it
• Strong communicator — written, verbal, and in person
• Self-directed and organized — you manage your own time and pipeline without hand-holding
• Integrity — we have a 27-year reputation, and you will protect it
• Security integration experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
