Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support the continued growth and development of our HR function. This role will play a key part in supporting core HR operations, employee relations, compliance, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
This is a highly collaborative role that will bring structure, consistency, and scalability to our people processes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and excited about helping build programs and processes in a growing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee Support- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and employee orientation processes
- Help build and maintain workflows within ADP
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Support audits, compliance activities, and reporting functions
- Assist HR leadership with day-to-day HR operations and special projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records
- Support the rollout of onboarding and employee training programs
- Assist in building training content, SOPs, and internal resources
- Help implement and manage training initiatives within ADP (LMS)
- Coordinate training sessions and communication
- Partner with leadership to support employee development efforts
- Assist in developing and maintaining a companywide training matrix
- Execute training sessions as needed
- Coordinate employee recognition programs
- Plan company events and wellness initiatives
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Maintain HR bulletin boards and employee communications materials
- Help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Organize and maintain HR files and systems
- Track HR initiatives and project timelines
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and company events
- Assist with preparation of HR reports and presentations
- 2–5 years of HR Generalist or related HR experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience supporting employee relations and HR operations preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
- Ability to build and improve processes in a growing organization
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices preferred
