Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist (Recruiting Focus) to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting and onboarding activities across the organization. This position will play a key role in managing recruiting processes from sourcing through onboarding while also supporting general HR administration, employee relations, HR operations, and General Affairs (GA) functions as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruiting processes from A to Z, including:
- Job postings
- Candidate sourcing and resume screening
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Participate in interviews and support hiring decision processes
- Communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Offer preparation and onboarding coordination
- Pre-employment process administration
- New hire onboarding and orientation support
- Coordinate recruiting activities across multiple business units and departments.
- Maintain recruiting trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports.
- Assist with improving recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency.
- Assist with recruiting prioritization and hiring coordination efforts.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle administration.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation within the HRIS system.
- Support policy communication, employee acknowledgements, and compliance tracking.
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries regarding policies, benefits, onboarding, and HR procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal HR programs.
- Provide administrative and operational support for General Affairs functions as needed.
- Assist with office coordination, employee support requests, vendor coordination, and general administrative activities.
- Support cross-functional coordination between HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Assist with HR audits, reporting, and documentation management.
- Support payroll and timekeeping administration as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.

- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using various software platforms and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Experience with Rippling HRIS is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of HR, recruiting, or HR operations experience preferred.
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting strongly preferred.
- Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
- This is an on-site position based in Johns Creek, GA.
- Occasional travel to company offices, project sites, recruiting events, or other business-related locations may be required based on operational needs.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Able to navigate and access all departments within the organization’s facilities.
$55,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Reporting StructureThis position reports to both the HR Manager and the Payroll & GA Manager.
