The Salesforce Developer – Agentforce & Sales Cloud will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and enterprise applications.
• Build AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities using Agentforce, including custom actions, prompts, topics, and conversational workflows.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and platform APIs.
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce automation tools, Data Cloud, Apex services, and external enterprise applications.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce environments while following platform architecture, security, and development best practices.
• Build and maintain enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
• Utilize Copado for source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment processes, and release management.
• Participate in technical design sessions, architecture discussions, Agile ceremonies, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues, improve application performance, and implement enhancements to increase usability.
• Collaborate with business teams, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate is a senior Salesforce developer with extensive experience building enterprise CRM solutions and leveraging AI-powered Salesforce technologies. They should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in complex environments.

• 7+ years of Salesforce application development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience designing and developing AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce.
• Experience creating custom Agentforce actions, prompts, topics, integrations, and conversational workflows.
• Strong development skills with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and declarative Salesforce tools.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Flows, Data Cloud, external applications, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience using Copado for CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, and release management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, CRM concepts, security, automation, and enterprise application integration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments.
• Ability to collaborate professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, OmniStudio, or additional enterprise cloud integrations is preferred.
