Accountabilities:

The Senior Frontend Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining modern digital solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and exceptional user experiences. This position requires strong technical expertise, collaboration skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with UX designers and cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and user-focused digital experiences.
  • Design and develop scalable frontend solutions across various products, including web applications, interactive experiences, email campaigns, advertising platforms, and digital tools.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into elegant, maintainable, and reliable software solutions.
  • Partner with backend engineers to deliver complete full-stack solutions and ensure seamless integrations.
  • Write clean, maintainable code while following best practices for testing, quality assurance, and software architecture.
  • Lead efforts to improve automation testing strategies and increase overall code reliability.
  • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, scalability, and security.
  • Maintain and enhance existing codebases while continuously improving product capabilities.
  • Develop responsive, high-quality interfaces with strong attention to usability and design standards.
  • Contribute to an agile and collaborative engineering environment while mentoring junior team members and supporting code reviews.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced frontend engineer with strong expertise in modern web technologies and a passion for creating reliable, user-centered applications. They should have a strong understanding of frontend architecture, testing practices, and performance optimization.

  • Several years of professional experience building production-grade frontend applications.
  • Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of modern web application architecture, development workflows, and frontend best practices.
  • Experience building and supporting applications deployed in public cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of CSS and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with test-driven development (TDD), automated testing, and quality-focused engineering practices.
  • Understanding of progressive enhancement, accessibility standards, and inclusive web development.
  • Knowledge of frontend performance optimization, including Lighthouse metrics and web speed improvements.
  • Comfortable working with version control systems, especially Git and GitHub.
  • Experience with event modeling and event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, SEO practices, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
