This role sits at the intersection of life sciences, clinical pharmacology, software, and consultative solution design.
You will work directly with prospective clients to understand complex technical and business challenges and translate them into effective solutions.
The position combines scientific expertise with client engagement, product demonstrations, solution positioning, and implementation support.
You will collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, product, and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Your expertise will help organizations improve clinical pharmacology and DMPK workflows, data analysis, modeling, and enterprise operations.
You will also contribute market insights that influence product development and future solution strategies.

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical and business requirements related to clinical pharmacology workflows, modeling, simulation, and data governance.
- Conduct tailored solution presentations and compelling product demonstrations based on client needs, use cases, and organizational objectives.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop solution packaging, positioning, and messaging across modeling and simulation offerings, including automation, integration, and enterprise deployment capabilities.
- Translate client challenges into actionable product recommendations, solution architectures, and customized proposals.
- Support the transition from pre-sales to implementation by contributing to post-sale activities and helping ensure a smooth handoff to operational teams.
- Act as a bridge between commercial and product organizations, gathering customer feedback and translating market needs into meaningful product insights.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions by identifying recurring customer requirements, market opportunities, and evolving industry needs.
- Maintain strong subject matter expertise in clinical pharmacology standards, regulatory expectations, and emerging workflows across pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs.
- Support consultative engagements involving pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic modeling, DMPK workflows, data analysis, validation, and regulatory submissions.
- Stay current with developments in enterprise software deployment, data integration, modeling platforms, and clinical pharmacology technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacometrics, data science, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to both sponsor and vendor-side environments.
- Strong understanding of the clinical pharmacology and DMPK development lifecycle, including data analysis, modeling, validation, and regulatory submission activities.
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex software solutions in a consultative, technical, scientific, or customer-facing capacity.
- Familiarity with PK/PD modeling and simulation practices and relevant regulatory expectations.
- Experience with tools such as Phoenix WinNonlin, NLME, or comparable pharmacometric and modeling platforms is highly valuable.
- Understanding of validation frameworks and quality expectations associated with regulated clinical pharmacology environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated scientific and technical concepts to different audiences.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, sales teams, product managers, and technical colleagues.
- Ability to translate customer requirements and scientific challenges into practical software and solution recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a consultative and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple functions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise deployment of modeling platforms, integration with data repositories, software product launches, or enterprise SaaS implementations.
