The Clinical Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in supporting clinical operations by ensuring accurate care team assignments, maintaining operational data quality, and improving workflows. The role requires close collaboration with clinical, operational, product, and technical teams to deliver efficient and scalable processes.
- Support provider and coach assignments based on licensing requirements, operational guidelines, program needs, and care team capacity.
- Monitor care team panels to maintain appropriate workload balance, coverage, and alignment with operational changes such as onboarding, attrition, leave coverage, and language requirements.
- Respond to assignment-related requests from providers, coaches, and internal stakeholders while ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and tracker maintenance to ensure accuracy across operational systems.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support data-driven decisions.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures while escalating complex issues when needed.
- Collaborate with clinical delivery, practice management, licensing, product, and technical teams on automation initiatives and workflow enhancements.
- Support reporting activities by maintaining dashboards, tracking key metrics, and providing leadership visibility into assignment operations.
- Identify trends, risks, and anomalies within assignment data and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Use AI productivity tools and operational technologies to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated by improving healthcare operations through technology and collaboration. This role requires strong organizational skills, comfort working with data, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with operational processes, healthcare workflows, or clinical delivery environments preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of healthcare terminology, provider licensing, advanced practice providers, and care team structures.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data quality.
- Ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and solve operational problems effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
